You too can feel like a celebrity while driving around town in the 2016 Chevrolet Suburban. It's stylish, roomy, sporty and one of THE BEST SUVs that I have had the priviledge of driving.

Driving the Suburban felt like was in the cockpit of a private jet! Everything that I could possibly need to control while driving was at my fingertips. There is no need to take your eyes off the road to change the radio station or even to call OnStar.

With safety features such as the Rear Park Assist, Forward Collission Alert, and Lane Keep Assist, this has to be the safest vehicle I have ever had the pleasure of driving. iPhone users can plug their phones into a port and use Chevy's Apple CarPlay program to get directions, make phones calls and even display and answer your text messages on the Suburban's screen.

The 2016 Suburban comes with multiple seating configurations and can seat up to 9 passengers. Those seating in the back will find plenty lof leg room and ample space for backpacks, purses and even drink holders for your favorite beverages.  My teens are 6 feet tall and they were more than comfortable.

The seats in the back have less leg room, but they are just as comfortable as the rest when you seat two passengers back there instead of 3. Each seat in the 2016 Chevrolet Suburban comes with an adjustable head rest that can make all the difference on long trips.

The rear entertainment system and onboard Wi-Fi will provide your family with hours of pleasure.  The onboard Wi-Fi comes in handy when your cell phone signal is out of range. There are plenty of charging ports (10) and outlets for all of your electronic devices, and I was suprised to see a 110 volt outlet. Did I mention the entertainment system comes with two sets of wireless headphones?  These are Heaven sent when the kids want to watch a movie and I just want to drive in peace.

Weather you are hauling around sports equipment or making a trip to the local grocery warehouse, the Suburban has more than enough cargo space to suit your needs.

Got bigger things to haul around? The two rows of back seats fold all the way down so you can get larger items inside. This would also make a great place to sleep during a campout!

Chevrolet offers the 2016 Suburban in 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive. The LS model comes with a 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 engine that has 355 hp,  which is more than enough for my day to day needs. If you have toys to haul around, you can add a Trailering Package. This vehicle comes with 6 months of OnStar service and 3 months of Sirius Satellite Radio. I was shocked to find out that this SUV averaged 23 MPG, which was a pleasant suprise to my pocket book.

Overall the 2016 Chevrolet Suburban has surpassed my expectations. I owned one many years ago and the technology that and safety features that Chevy offers today are second to none. If you are looking for a safe, well made, vehicle to let your family's life unfold in, then I recommend that you give the Chevrolet Suburban a spin.

Looks like an awesome car. I have heard great things about Suburbans but I’ve never been in one before. I am loving the leather seats!

It’s always surprising to me how large vehicles don’t always offer more leg room in the back seats but the Suburban is great! It’s so helpful to be able to put the back seats down for hauling larger items. A great vehicle for large families for sure.

This definitely sounds like a great vehicle. I will forward this post to a friend who is in the market for a new car. I love how this car is packing with useful family-friendly features!
